      The recipe that fed Westside Avenue for forty years.

      In 1962, in the heart of Jersey City, our father cooked up a tomato sauce so good the neighbors filled his restaurant and called it extraordinary. His sauce turned Jule's Italian Restaurant into a Jersey City tradition, the kind of place that kept Westside Avenue fed, full, and coming back for more than 40 years.
