Classic Spicy is our Classic Red with red pepper stirred in. Same tomatoes, same olive oil and garlic, same small batches. The heat builds slowly and lets the tomato lead, the way a good arrabbiata should. No added sugar to soften it, just a real Jersey City kick.

Not for me

I really LOVE the Classic Red sauce, but this spicy version feels like it is just spicy for the sake of being spicy. I dont think it adds anything to the flavor profile. In fact, I think this sauce is less flavorful than the Classic Red. I dont thinnk the quality is any lower by any means, but it just does not taste anywhere near as good as the Classic Red. I will continue to buy the other sauces, but will leave this one off.

Saw a random ad for this sauce so I decided to give it a try. I’m in love. Dare I say this is better than Rao’s and Carbonne? I just did. Delish!

When will my order ship?

Every order ships the next business day. Your delivery estimate shows on the product page and at checkout.

What is the shelf life of your sauce?

Unopened, our sauces have a two year shelf life. The best by date is printed at the top of each jar.

Once opened, keep the jar sealed and refrigerated and enjoy it within 7 to 8 days. A little left over? It's perfect for a morning shakshuka or for dipping crusty bread.

Where are your products made?

Our products are made in Connecticut.

Do any of your products contain dairy?

Yes, our Classic Vodka is made with cream. Classic Red, Classic Spicy and Pizza Sauce are dairy free.

Are your products gluten free?

All of our products are gluten free. However, we are not certified gluten free.

Do any of your products contain soy, eggs or wheat?

No. However, all are produced in a facility that uses nuts, soy, eggs and wheat. The highest level of sanitation procedures are used on all production lines after any allergens are run.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes. We use glass jars and metal lids, which are 100% recyclable.
