Our story
In 1962, our dad opened a red sauce joint on Westside Avenue in Jersey City. For more than 40 years, Classic Red was the sauce under the towering lasagnas, the chicken parms and the long Sunday tables. It's still made the same way, in small batches, with no added sugar.
